Bahamas SunAll Inclusive Vacations in Bahamas

In Bahamas, an archipelago lying in the eastern side of Caribbean Sea, are numerous islands stretching across a huge area of clear ocean and feature thousands of kilometers of sandy beaches. There are settled several beach resorts dotted with luxury hotels that are ideal for spending all inclusive vacations in Caribbean! Along with the popular tourist spots where go most of tourists, there are several secluded islands which offer more privacy and a higher level of intimacy (see below).

Bahamas SunAndros

Andros is the largest of the Out Islands in Bahamas and is nicknamed the "Bone Fishing Capital of the World". It's located close to the Great Barrier Reef, the third largest reef by size in the western hemisphere and therefore vacationers can combine the time spent on beaches with snorkeling or scuba diving trips to explore the aquatic life and experience the beauty of the tropical sea.
Andros is the largest but also the least known from the bigger islands of the archipelago. It's densely forested and consequently the interior is yet virtually untouched! Off the eastern shore is located the 140-mile long coral barrier reef and beyond it the ocean floor drops steeply to a depth of more than 1 mile making deep sea fishing a major attraction!

Bahamas SunAbacos

Abacos is a crescent-shaped chain of islands located north to New Providence Island. The islands are particularly renowned for the tradition of ship building - a 200-year-old practice! The Treasure Cay features an excellent golf course and there are also several excellent holiday resorts where can be spent great all inclusive vacations. Other attractions include the Alton Lowe's Museum in New Plymouth, Green Turtle Cay, Elbow Cay and Marsh Harbor. The Pelican Cay National Park is an excellent spot for scuba diving and snorkeling.

Bahamas SunEleuthera

Eleuthera is a narrow island - 110 miles long but rarely more than 2 miles wide! The main attractions include there the Ocean Hole, Glass Window Bridge, Harbor Island (one of the oldest settlements in Bahamas), Spanish Wells, Preacher's Cave and the aquatic caves in Hatchet Bay. The marine life is so rich there that diving and snorkeling on Eleuthera is particularly magnificent!

Bahamas SunExumas

The waters surrounding this 100-mile long island chain have been described by sailors as the best in the world for cruising! There are also spectacular reefs protected by the Exuma Land and Sea Park. In April, in Elizabeth Harbor is held the Family Island Regatta.

Bahamas SunCat Island

This island is one of the easternmost spots of the archipelago. Cat Island features 200-feet cliffs, dense forests and many caves. Waters from there are also great for sailing and therefore the Cat Island Regatta takes place in August.

Bahamas SunBimini

Lying between Andros and Florida, Bimini is considered one of the best sea fishing sites in Caribbean Sea and even in the world! The famous writer Ernest Hemingway used to stay in Alice Town into a house named Blue Marlin Cottage and enjoyed great fishing around the island; for this reason there has been opened a local museum dedicated to him.

Bahamas SunBerry Island

It's popular for fishing and also famous for the serene landscapes and gorgeous white-sand beaches. Great Harbor Cay features a championship golf course. Divers can admire the aquatic rock formations and amazingly beautiful coral reefs at Mamma Rhoda Rock.

Bahamas SunBlue Lagoon Island

It's an exotic lagoon where vacationers can enjoy close encounters with friendly bottle-nosed dolphins and other marine creatures including a large number of tropical fish species, some of them living only in the Caribbean Sea.

Bahamas SunLong Island

This island is almost 60-mile long, but rarely more than 3-mile wide! The landscape consists of rugged headlands dropping sharply down to the sea, rolling hills and sandy beaches washed by crystal-clear waters. At Conception Island divers can explore over 30 shipwrecks! A major event, the Long Island Regatta at Salt Pond, takes place in May.

Bahamas SunSan Salvador

San Salvador was the first place where Columbus arrived in America. Cockburn Town is the main settlement, while fishing, diving and snorkeling are the most popular activities that enjoy holiday makers who spend all inclusive vacations in island resorts of Bahamas.
